In the frame of this project we looked to identify and understand the strengths and weaknesses of the various labs and workshops in the territories involved in the project by producing SWOT analyse of the

  • Students perception
  • The Tutors perception

 

by creating an Internet platform for the exchange of ideas and experiences. According to the results of SWOT, in 'Know How'

DSC 1844Firstly, we compared the development sources of the organizations, labs and workshops, whose sides of strengths come into prominence, with the other partner organizations'.
Secondly, we collected the studies related with getting the EU standards for the organizations whose labs and workshops' opportunities are limited. We analysed the devices we have bought for the last ten years and the number of teachers, master trainers and devices for each student in labs and workshops and see the contribution of becoming a member of EU then the studies will be published in 'General Overview'.
We compared the experiences with mobility activities and exchange examples of good practice.
Wei ndicated the similarities and differences between the technological devices in our workshops and labs and the technological devices in business life in 'Student Inquiry System' by following up students graduated from our own institutions at work.
By forming a 'Technology Group' we followed the technological developments and provided suggestions to each partner on using devices efficiently and effectively.
We designed and developed a new possible way for linking ECVET system (European Credit for Vocational Education and Training) and ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) by making a common work plan via the 'Common Learning Platform' for the labs and workshops .
